Products and 3D printing

3D printed items can show minor variations in surface finish, layer lines and appearance, depending on the design and material. Product pages describe the dimensions, material, colour and intended use where known.

Custom orders

Custom projects may use files, drawings, photographs, dimensions or descriptions you provide. We confirm the specification, price and estimated timeframe with you before production starts. You must have the right to use any design you send us. We may decline projects that cannot reasonably be produced, are unsafe or would infringe someone else's rights.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euro. The total price, including delivery charges, is shown before you place an order. Placing an order means you agree to pay that total.

Orders and production

We confirm each order and keep you informed about production and delivery. Most orders are prepared within up to 2 working days, excluding delivery transit time. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange a solution, including a full refund where required.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Irish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of the law of the EU country where you live.
