Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Just a Maker 3D, we take care to prepare and package every order so it can reach you in good condition.

Order processing

Most orders are produced and prepared within up to 2 working days. As our products are 3D printed, processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the item, material availability and current workload. The processing time is separate from the delivery transit time.

If an unexpected issue is likely to affect the agreed timeframe, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

Delivery areas

We currently accept orders for delivery within Ireland only.

Shipping costs

Delivery options and their prices are shown at checkout, based on your country and the total weight of your order, before you place the order.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery transit times depend on the shipping service and destination. We do not guarantee arrival dates set by the carrier, but we will respect any delivery timeframe agreed with you and our legal delivery obligations. If no timeframe is agreed, goods are delivered within 30 days of the order.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are accurate. If an address needs to be changed after you order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

Damaged, missing or incorrect orders

Contact us if your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or does not arrive. Please include your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where helpful. We will investigate and provide the remedy you are entitled to under consumer law. Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.
